In addition to the homes, GRAHAM has delivered new road infrastructure and green spaces. The newly created Warren Park is now in its final stages and is expected to open within the coming weeks. The completion of the homes marks the end of the project's first phase, paving the way for subsequent construction of a nursery, community centre, and retail units. Milton Keynes City Council has approved funding for a new health centre, with construction scheduled to begin in early 2027. This regeneration plan is funded by Milton Keynes City Council with an investment of nearly £70 million, supported by a grant of nearly £15 million from Homes England. GRAHAM was appointed through Pagabo's Major Works Framework, selected for its strong track record in delivering large-scale residential schemes with lasting community benefits.

Councillor Ed Hume, Cabinet Member for Housing, said: "This is an important moment for local residents. These new homes mark the beginning of a new chapter for them, providing the security and quality they deserve. This regeneration demonstrates what is possible when a community works with the council to shape its future. The progress we see today will lead to better living opportunities, stronger neighbourhoods, and new opportunities for years to come." GRAHAM Regional Director Pat O'Hare said: "Reaching this milestone is a moment of pride for everyone involved in the project. Through close collaboration with Milton Keynes City Council and local residents, we have not only delivered high-quality homes but also developed a vibrant community that benefits families and individuals in the area. The improved infrastructure, green spaces, and the creation of Warren Park will help shape an estate that residents can be proud of for generations to come."
