The compilation of the Standards is jointly organized by the Informatization Branch of the China National Coal Association and the Coal Industry Vocational Skill Appraisal Guidance Center. It is led by Shanxi Coking Coal Group Jinyun Internet Technology Co., Ltd., the main entity of the National AI Application Pilot Base (Energy Resources Sector, Coal Direction), with participation from companies including Jinneng Holding Group, Lu'an Chemical Group, Huayang New Material Technology Group, and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.
