The company disclosed on June 12 that the completion date for the contract to supply eSSD controllers to an overseas NAND flash memory manufacturer has been changed from June 12 to July 17. A Fadu official stated that the delivery schedule for a portion of the volume was adjusted at the customer's request, adding that such cases occur occasionally.

The contract was signed on January 13 for $13.87 million, equivalent to approximately KRW 20.3 billion. This deal accounts for 46.68% of Fadu's consolidated revenue in 2024. The company had previously received an advance payment of $1.387 million on December 2 last year, representing 10% of the contract value.

The customer is believed to be SanDisk. It is understood that Fadu supplies eSSD controllers to SanDisk, and the eSSDs using Fadu controllers are supplied to hyperscale customers.
