en.Wedoany.com Reported - Daol T&S (다올티에스) has officially partnered with Vantiq, a global AI orchestration platform company, targeting the real-time event-based AI market. The South Korean company plans to upgrade its positioning from a mere AI infrastructure provider to an intelligent AI platform operator integrating data collection, analysis, decision-making, and execution, in response to the growing demand for AI transformation (AX) in the manufacturing, logistics, public, and energy sectors.

On June 16, Daol T&S announced that it had signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with Vantiq (밴티크) to expand its real-time event-based AI solutions and device business. The signing ceremony was held on the 15th at Daol T&S headquarters, with Vantiq founder and CEO Marty Sprinzen visiting South Korea specifically for the occasion.

The current enterprise market is accelerating its shift from generative AI to agentic AI capable of task execution and real-time decision-making systems. Particularly in the manufacturing, logistics, and energy industries, the strategic value of real-time AI platforms that can instantly analyze and respond to massive amounts of field data is rapidly increasing.

Vantiq is a technology company specializing in real-time event-driven application development and AI agent orchestration. Its platform has the capability to connect multiple data sources and AI services in real-time and automate business processes, and has been applied in fields such as smart cities, public safety, industrial automation, and disaster response.

Under the agreement, the two parties plan to integrate Daol T&S's AI device brand "Daol Fusion" (다올퓨전) with Vantiq's real-time AI orchestration technology. The cooperation focuses on jointly developing next-generation AI solutions for enterprises, manufacturing, logistics, public, and energy sectors. Specific collaboration details involve embedding the Vantiq platform into the Daol Fusion product line, developing linkage solutions for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and creating specialized models for smart cities and the energy industry. Additionally, both parties will concurrently advance the integration of real-time event data processing (EDA), private large language models (LLM), and small large language models (sLLM), and conduct joint proof-of-concept (PoC) projects among other technical efforts.

Through this partnership, Daol T&S aims to equip Daol Fusion with end-to-end capabilities from real-time data collection, analysis, decision-making, to execution, transforming it from a mere AI infrastructure. The company plans to link with existing partners' technologies, including Upstage (업스테이지)'s generative AI and Mondrian AI (몬드리안AI)'s analytics platform, to provide differentiated AI services in manufacturing, public affairs, and customer service.

Lee Hyung-geun (이형근), branch manager of Vantiq Korea (밴티크코리아), pointed out, "AI truly completes its task only when it is genuinely connected to on-site systems and translated into concrete actions." He stated that they will work with Daol T&S to help enterprises build intelligent operational systems that move beyond merely understanding data to sensing and responding to the environment in real-time. Daol T&S representative Hong Jeong-hwa (홍정화) emphasized that this partnership is a key step in combining global AI platform capabilities with the company's own AI device capabilities, aiming to provide customers with substantive AI services that can be directly applied to actual business scenarios. Going forward, the company will continue to expand its cooperation network with outstanding AI companies both domestically and internationally, centered around Daol Fusion.
