Operating under a single brand, OnRoute positions itself as a national logistics operator serving the industrial, retail, pharmaceutical, and fast-moving consumer goods sectors. The operator boasts over 500 tractors, 140,000 square meters of warehousing space, and nearly 800 employees. Its 2025 revenue reached €75 million, with a projected 35% sales growth in 2026, driven by new acquisitions and business initiatives.
The company operates logistics bases in the Valencian Community, Castilla-La Mancha, Extremadura, and Portugal, covering the entire national territory with services ranging from industrial sectors to dry or cold-chain food products.

German Monedero, Director of Business Development at OnRoute, stated that the goal of this integration is to become a global logistics agent for the supply chain (combining warehousing and full truckload functions), while maintaining a local presence and leading in sectors such as industry, automotive, food, pharmaceuticals, and dermocosmetics. The company is working to unify all entities under a common operational and strategic model, integrating all companies and their teams. The market will recognize the company under the OnRoute brand, aligning with the goal of accompanying clients on their logistics journey.
The company's primary objective is to move toward a direct B2B model, increasing clients related to manufacturing and industry. On the other hand, the company aims to improve the profitable utilization of warehouses and transition to a 3PL model (third-party logistics, i.e., outsourcing logistics operations to specialized providers), serving warehousing clients and becoming a preferred logistics provider.
Monedero noted that a key challenge in achieving these goals is improving profitability per truck and optimizing operational efficiency, particularly by increasing digitization and automation of specific processes to enhance competitiveness.
The launch of the OnRoute brand comes amid a current wave of acquisitions and the creation of large logistics operators capable of operating nationwide and across multiple industries.
