en.Wedoany.com Reported - The results of the Shaanxi Province Building Materials Industry Technical Innovation Awards have been announced, with all six projects submitted by the Technology Center winning awards, including one first prize, three second prizes, and two third prizes.
The first prize project, "Key Technology for High-Proportion Substitution of Bauxite with Aluminum Slag Ash," addresses challenges such as the shortage of high-grade bauxite resources, rising production costs of calcium aluminate for water treatment agents, and the disposal of solid waste from the aluminum industry. This project established a process system of "precise batching—fine detection—stable adjustment—low-temperature long firing," identified the mineral composition of magnesium-aluminum spinel and aluminum nitride as core limiting factors for material substitution, resolved the instability issue in production after solid waste substitution, and achieved a high substitution ratio of 15%.
The second prize projects include "Research on Enhancing High-Temperature Resistance Performance of Grade G Oil Well Cement at 120°C and Above," "Research and Application of Cementitious Materials Prepared from Industrial By-Product Phosphogypsum," and "Research on an Efficient and Environmentally Friendly Ammonia Escape Treatment Agent." The third prize projects are "Research on Low-Cost Green Ultra-High Performance Concrete Technology" and "Research and Preparation of Green Translucent Concrete and Translucent Concrete Bricks."
These awards recognize the innovative achievements of the R&D team and reflect the Technology Center's accumulation in scientific research and innovation.
