Wirral Waters is one of the UK's largest urban regeneration projects, located on the west bank of the River Mersey, opposite Liverpool. The area, formerly abandoned docks and industrial land, has been undergoing large-scale redevelopment led by Peel Waters since the 2010s, with plans to create a new waterfront district integrating residential, commercial, office, and leisure spaces. Redbridge Quay is a key component of Wirral Waters. This Phase 2 project will feature six four-storey residential buildings, comprising 84 one-bedroom and 6 three-bedroom apartments.
