Jinan Juchuang was established in April 2023, originally named Shandong Yihai Laser Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. Its controlling shareholder, Jinan Lingang Construction, is wholly owned by Jinan Lingang Industrial Development Group Co., Ltd., with the actual controller being the Management Committee of Jinan Lingang Economic Development Zone.
Public information shows that in the month of its establishment, the company filed the "Marble High-Speed Precision Laser Cutting Machine Production Project" with the Licheng District Development and Reform Commission, and publicly tendered for project construction and supervision. Some project budgets reached as high as 200 million yuan, but no winning bid results were announced.
In January 2025, Jinan Juchuang tendered for the "Jinan Lingang High-End Equipment Industrial Park Project Engineering General Contracting Project," with an estimated investment of 187.95 million yuan.
