en.Wedoany.com Reported - Global AI-driven software company Airties announced it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Aprecomm, a provider of intuitive self-healing network and customer experience solutions for broadband service providers. Financial details were not disclosed.Airties acquires Aprecomm

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Bangalore, India, Aprecomm specializes in providing AI-driven software services for internet service providers (ISPs), reducing operational costs and improving customer satisfaction through real-time insights and optimization. Currently, Aprecomm manages over 7 million homes and business premises, serving more than 50 ISPs globally. Upon completion of the acquisition, Aprecomm will operate as a subsidiary of Airties, continuing to deliver customized solutions to its existing customers and markets.

This acquisition will accelerate Airties' expansion into high-growth broadband markets such as India, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and South America, while integrating Aprecomm's expertise in AI and product development capabilities. Airties CEO and co-founder Metin Taskin stated that Aprecomm is well-positioned in these growth markets, providing a foundation for Airties to further expand in the Asia-Pacific and South American regions. He noted that the acquisition will help ISPs transition to an agentic AI platform for the connected home, enabling networks to autonomously predict, adapt, and act to deliver optimal broadband connectivity experiences, reduce customer churn, and unlock new revenue streams.

Aprecomm CEO and co-founder Pramod Gummaraj said that joining Airties is a recognition of the company's original vision, and the merger provides a broader platform to bring intelligent broadband experiences to more global markets. Aprecomm CTO and co-founder Guharajan Sivakumar added that the merger combines Airties' global reach with Aprecomm's AI-native platform, integrating edge AI, cloud-native architecture, and vendor-agnostic design to offer service providers smarter, scalable connectivity experiences.

The acquisition brings complementary market expansion capabilities. Aprecomm's software suite is built to meet the economics and average revenue per user (ARPU) characteristics of ISPs in developing markets, improving home broadband experiences; while Airties' platform serves leading tier-1 operators globally, optimizing performance, reducing churn, lowering costs, enhancing satisfaction, and unlocking new revenue. Airties' complete product suite includes Airties Home, Airties Pro, and Airties Multi, covering fiber, cable/DSL, and fixed wireless access (FWA) deployments. Airties' AI-driven Connectivity Experience Management Platform helps service providers build stronger customer relationships.

The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed in the second half of 2026. Airties' customers include global leading service providers such as AT&T, Cox, Deutsche Telekom, Telia, Telstra, T-Mobile US, and Vodafone.
