en.Wedoany.com Reported - Philippe Tellier, General Manager of GT Logistics, recently revealed that the company's turnover has rebounded to €100 million, surpassing the development expectations outlined in its "2030 Target" strategic plan. After a period of adjustment in 2024, during which revenue declined by €10 million, this family-owned business founded by the late Eric Sarrat is now showing growth momentum.

The logistics company currently employs approximately 1,300 staff, operating across 80 sites and 14 industrial sectors. Five major business segments account for a significant share of turnover: aerospace (18%), automotive (18%), defense (17%), nuclear energy (12%), and cosmetics (9%). The food and non-food retail business, which represented 12% of GT Logistics' performance in 2022, has been discontinued. The company has refocused on its core business: on-site and customized industrial logistics services.
In terms of new business development, GT Logistics has secured a new contract with Isover, a subsidiary of the Saint-Gobain Group, taking over 50 employees in Orange (department 84). At this continuous-operation plant, the third-party logistics provider (3PL) handles tasks such as feeding the packaging manufacturing chain, clearing production lines, truck loading, inventory management, and optimization. The site receives between 100 and 150 trucks daily.
Philippe Tellier added that at the end of 2025, the company also expanded its business with Safran, taking over personnel in the Paris region, and now operates a total of seven sites in France for this long-standing client. Furthermore, in early 2026, GT Logistics will launch six new sites for TotalEnergies, bringing the total number of sites serving this client to seven. These teams are spread across France and manage the client's central spare parts warehouse to support maintenance and repair operations at petrochemical platforms.
GT Logistics allocates 4% of its annual turnover to renewing and replenishing its own assets, including forklifts, vehicles, shelving, scanners, data collectors, and tablets. The company also relies on external growth, following its voluntary "reasonable and rational" development path. On its 25th anniversary, the company plans to add one new business each year to complete its service range. Identified leads include the manufacturing of specific industrial packaging, supply chain data value-added services, or providing off-site spaces for industrial companies. Frédéric Ruppli, President of GT Logistics, stated that this is based on the company's consistent characteristic—being close to customers and providing long-term support.
