The delegation fully affirmed the project's construction progress and on-site management level, highly praised CCCC's professional and efficient performance capabilities, and expressed confidence that the project will serve the 2028 World Water Congress on schedule.

Located in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia, the project has a total gross floor area of approximately 88,300 square meters. The main construction scope includes the convention center, a parking building, and ancillary supporting facilities. Upon completion, the project will serve as the main venue for the 2028 World Water Congress, comprehensively enhancing Kuching's capacity to host international conventions, strengthening the city's external exchange functions, and providing significant support for Sarawak to deepen international cooperation and promote high-quality economic and social development.

During the inspection, the project team provided an overview of the overall project planning, construction organization, safety and quality management, and construction progress, with a key focus on the construction objectives and performance plan for serving the 2028 World Water Congress.
