en.Wedoany.com Reported - Nadara has completed a pan-European platform refinancing of approximately €1.2 billion, covering its operational portfolio of wind and solar assets with a combined installed capacity of 1.5 GW. The portfolio comprises 34 onshore wind farms and 13 solar PV plants, spread across seven countries: Italy, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
On the power purchase agreement front, in May 2026 Nadara signed a 10-year hybrid power purchase agreement (PPA) with Trafigura, covering 434 MW of renewable energy capacity in Spain. The agreement covers output from five solar PV plants and six wind farms, specifically including hybrid sites at Esquileo, Dehesilla I & II, and San Lorenzo C & D, as well as the operational La Dehesica wind farm.
On the project development front, in October 2025 Nadara commenced construction of a 205 MW solar hybrid project in Spain. The project is spread across five sites in Valladolid and Palencia (Castile and León) and will be co-located with Nadara's operational 202.5 MW wind portfolio. Once completed, the combined solar and wind complex will exceed 400 MW of total installed capacity.
