en.Wedoany.com Reported - Aeris Resources has continued to deliver strong gold results from drilling at the Golden Plateau deposit in Queensland, with multiple high-grade intercepts identified across the Main, North, and East lodes.

The latest drilling results from the deposit include standout intercepts from the Main lode: 14.2 meters at 9.1 grams per tonne gold from 172.2 meters depth, 2.5 meters at 8.9 g/t gold from 185.3 meters depth, and 6.7 meters at 5.2 g/t gold from 188.0 meters depth.

The company said these results come from residual mineralization near old stopes, and that drilling continues to intersect mineralization at predicted locations within the geological model across all tested lodes. Aeris stated this confirms the reliability of its geological model and increases confidence in the continuity of mineralization between and around known zones.

Aeris Executive Chairman Andre Labuschagne said the consistency of the drilling results has boosted confidence in the residual potential of Golden Plateau. "Our geological model continues to perform impressively, with drilling intersecting mineralization at predicted locations in the Main, North, and East lodes, delivering some of the strongest results to date," he said in a statement.

Golden Plateau is located within existing mining tenure, approximately 1 kilometer north of the Cracow processing plant and about 2 kilometers east of current underground operations. The deposit historically produced approximately 850,000 ounces of gold between the 1930s and 1990s.

A total of 33 mineralized lodes have now been identified within the deposit, forming the basis of the current drilling program. Following early encouraging results, the program has recently been expanded from 6,400 meters to approximately 14,000 meters.

Aeris said an updated mineral resource estimate is targeted for completion in the first half of fiscal 2027, which will support an economic assessment of the Golden Plateau project.
