en.Wedoany.com Reported - On June 12, the 9th event of the "Walk In · Data Together" series, co-organized by Lingyang, Tsinghua University Data Governance Research Center, and other institutions, was held at Haier Smart Home. Over 80 digital leaders from manufacturing, home furnishing, retail, and real estate sectors gathered around the theme "Building an AI-Native Organization" to discuss how enterprises can transition from digitalization to AI-native in the AI era.

Sun Danfeng, General Manager of Digital Transformation at Haier Smart Home, emphasized in her sharing that the core foundation for enterprises to build AI capabilities is digitalization. The first step in transformation is to establish a unified technical base architecture, which serves as the foundation for AI. From single-point online operations in 2014 to the unified base architecture in 2024, Haier Smart Home has accumulated a decade of experience, laying the groundwork for its AI transformation in 2025. Currently, Haier Smart Home is transitioning from Digitalization 1.0 to Intelligence 2.0, initiating a new phase where all employees explore AI applications. In terms of technical base construction, Haier Smart Home relies on the H-work unified platform, providing underlying support through "Four Unifications": unified entry, where all employees handle office and operational tasks through the same platform; unified capabilities, where digital functions are organized into standardized, modular tools for multi-scenario reuse; unified data, ensuring consistent and accurate data metrics across all systems; and unified architecture, supporting large-scale replication and promotion globally. This technical base provides the foundation for large-scale AI application.

Regarding AI's entry into actual business scenarios, Cui Xiuyuan, CTO of Haier Smart Home, shared implementation results under the theme "Making AI an Enterprise Productivity." The deployment of the AI-native digital partner "Zhi Xiao Neng," the citizen developer platform "Yi Nian · Light Application," and the digital expert "Wu Jie · Enterprise-Level Application" has turned AI into real productivity for employees and integrated it into core business processes. "Zhi Xiao Neng" is an employee based on large models with understanding and reasoning capabilities, capable of independently handling complete workflows and continuously evolving; "Yi Nian" requires zero programming skills, allowing employees to describe needs in natural language to automatically generate AI applications, significantly lowering the development threshold. Taking intelligent process planning as an example, relying on massive historical data, AI can independently complete process planning, with process engineers shifting from executors to reviewers, reducing planning time from hours to minutes and improving accuracy by over 20%. Haier Smart Home stated that it will continue to deepen AI applications across all scenarios, committed to building a platform-based service-oriented technology ecosystem enterprise, driving comprehensive upgrades through technological innovation, and continuously leading high-quality industry development.
