en.Wedoany.com Reported - Midas Minerals (ASX:MM1) has received multiple high-grade copper-silver intercepts from infill drilling at the T-13 deposit of the Otavi Copper Project in Namibia.

Assay results from two new infill drill holes returned: 51.4 meters at 2.18% copper equivalent from 269 meters depth, including 7 meters at 3.24% copper equivalent from 271 meters, 13 meters at 2.89% copper equivalent from 291 meters, and 5 meters at 5.11% copper equivalent from 312 meters.

Another drill hole intersected 61 meters at 1.95% copper equivalent from 282 meters depth, including 15 meters at 2.42% copper equivalent from 285 meters, 10 meters at 2.51% copper equivalent from 304 meters, and 7 meters at 4.03% copper equivalent from 328 meters.

Final assay results from two previously reported drill holes have also been received. Hole T13DD002 returned 12.1 meters at 8.88% copper equivalent from 108.9 meters depth, including 9.1 meters at 10.49% copper equivalent from 108.9 meters. Hole T13DD006 revealed multiple mineralized zones, including 17 meters at 0.86% copper equivalent from 107 meters, 15.7 meters at 3.38% copper equivalent from 130 meters, and 7.5 meters at 2.97% copper equivalent from 172 meters.

Managing Director Mark Calderwood said infill drilling at the main mineralized zone of the T-13 deposit continues to return "strong" copper-silver grades. These results follow other significant, exceptional copper-silver intercepts reported on May 4 and May 25 this year.

Based on pre-acquisition drilling results, the initial Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) for the T-13 deposit stands at 10.5 million tonnes at 1.60% copper and 21 g/t silver, containing 169,000 tonnes of copper and 7.1 million ounces of silver.

Midas is currently operating six drill rigs at the Otavi Project, including two diamond rigs at T-13, one reverse circulation (RC) rig and two diamond rigs at Deblin, one RC rig at Spaatzu, with a seventh rig expected to arrive by the end of this month. The company has commenced resource drilling at the Deblin deposit and plans to test multiple untested targets in the Otavi region in the second half of 2026. An updated resource estimate for T-13 is expected to be completed by the end of this year, followed by the first resource estimate for Deblin in the first quarter of 2027.

Calderwood said the potential of the Otavi Project continues to grow as the company prepares to test other regional targets with RC rigs following the end of the rainy season.

Midas Minerals is a junior exploration company focused on copper and precious metals, with assets in Western Australia, Canada, and Namibia.
