The total project cost amounts to 290 billion KRW (approximately $220 million), with phased construction scheduled to begin in September of this year using a design-build parallel approach, targeting completion by October 2030. The consortium includes HJ Heavy Industries, Kyeryong Construction Industrial, Dongwon Development, Taelim General Construction, and Onlife Construction.

The BEXCO Exhibition Hall 3 project is located at the outdoor parking lot of BEXCO Exhibition Hall 1 in U-dong, Haeundae-gu, Busan. It will feature one underground floor and four above-ground floors, with a total floor area of 58,809 square meters. The project aims to address the saturation of existing exhibition hall capacity and enhance Busan's competitiveness as an international convention city. Two consortia—HJ Heavy Industries and Namkwang Engineering & Construction—competed in the bidding process. The HJ Heavy Industries consortium proposed a 50-month construction period using a design-build parallel approach, with priority construction and main works commencing sequentially from September 2026.
