Located in Wangjiapian Town, Jiaxian County, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, this project is a clean energy initiative deployed by Shaanxi Coal Group Yulin Chemical Company to leverage the wind and solar resources of northern Shaanxi and promote carbon reduction in its core business. The total dynamic investment of the project is 836.83 million yuan, with a capital contribution ratio of 20%. It plans to install 24 wind turbines with a single-unit capacity of 6.25 MW, along with a supporting 110 kV step-up substation. The wind turbine hub height reaches 160 meters, with a single rotor diameter of 221 meters, well-suited to the wind energy conditions in northern Jiaxian County. Relying on mature provincial and expressway networks, the project benefits from favorable conditions for construction material transportation and power transmission.

The construction period is 12 months, with a designed annual on-grid electricity output of 3,113,625 MWh and an equivalent full-load utilization hours of approximately 2,075.75 hours, indicating strong generation stability and resource utilization efficiency at a regional leading level.

Once fully completed, the project is expected to save approximately 98,800 tons of standard coal annually, correspondingly reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 269,100 tons, sulfur dioxide by 27.2 tons, and nitrogen oxides by 43.59 tons. This will help reduce regional fossil energy consumption and support both the enterprise and Yulin area in achieving the "dual carbon" goals and emission reduction assessment requirements.
