en.Wedoany.com Reported - Mariano Moritsch stated in an online release of Oisin Capital's announcement regarding the deal that both parties will invest in research and development to expand the tower crane product line, moving toward larger specifications.

Laing O'Rourke and Oisin Capital founder Ray O'Rourke first met Comedil founder Ferruccio Moritsch in 1993, when subsidiary Select Plant began supplying luffing tower cranes; the partnership continued as Comedil became part of Moritsch.
After the Terex acquisition, members of the Moritsch family remained in senior positions for a period before exiting. Ferruccio Moritsch's son, Mariano Moritsch, later founded a company under the same name in Belluno, near the Terex Comedil plant in Fontannafreda.
Oisin Capital stated that the deal is part of a plan for continued investment in adjacent industries and a "new delivery model" in the UK and Australia—where increasingly large luffing tower cranes are gaining popularity.
Ray O'Rourke added: "It's great to be working with Mariano again on this critical part of construction delivery."
