Located off Crawfield Road, this is the homebuilder's first project in the town. As the initial homes gradually take form, work is progressing. Early construction efforts focus on laying the foundations for the new community and erecting the first timber frames, including the frame for the five-bedroom Lewis show home.

While advancing the project, the Cala team has also launched the "Community Pledge" initiative. This program goes beyond planning obligations, offering a tailored set of measures for Bo'ness. The Crawfields project will offer a range of three, four, and five-bedroom home types, with the first homes planned for release this autumn. These homes will be equipped with air source heat pumps and electric vehicle charging facilities.

Suzanne McElhiney, Sales and Marketing Director at Cala Homes (West), stated that the start of construction marks a significant step forward for the development plan.
