en.Wedoany.com Reported - Javelin Minerals has confirmed the shallow gold model of the Eureka deposit through reverse circulation (RC) drilling, with mineralization located within the planned open-pit extraction zone and along high-grade zones on strike. The Eureka deposit, located 50 kilometers north of Kalgoorlie, has a resource of 2.04 million tonnes at 1.69 grams per tonne gold, containing 110,687 ounces of gold.

This 37-hole, 5,184-meter RC drilling program targeted areas with minimal cover within 80 meters of the surface, testing the strike extensions of Eureka and Eureka Northwest, and exploring deeper targets beneath the known system. Results confirmed mineralization within the planned Eureka extraction zone and extended the high-grade zone at the northern end of the proposed Eureka Northwest pit. Javelin has obtained approvals for water extraction and native vegetation clearing, and the Mining Development and Closure Plan (MDCP) process is in its final stages.

Executive Chairman Brett Mitchell stated that these results demonstrate the strength and growth potential of the Eureka resource. "Drilling returned consistently strong intercepts within the upper 80 meters, showing excellent continuity of mineralization," he said. "The grade continuity, the very shallow nature of the mineralization, and the ongoing upside potential make Eureka an increasingly attractive deposit from both mining and exploration perspectives."

Specific intercept results include: Hole EKRC036 returned 4 meters at 2.7 grams per tonne gold from 91 meters; Hole EKRC037 returned 4 meters at 2.3 grams per tonne from 52 meters; Hole EKRC022 returned 5 meters at 2.1 grams per tonne from 45 meters. Other intercepts include: Hole EKRC020 returned 10 meters at 1.2 grams per tonne gold from 85 meters; Hole EKRC019 returned 5 meters at 2.1 grams per tonne from 67 meters; Hole EKRC038 returned 4 meters at 2.0 grams per tonne from 64 meters. North of the planned Eureka pit, previous drilling was sporadic, resulting in coverage gaps within 80 meters of the surface. Javelin's latest program filled these gaps and confirmed consistent mineralization in the northern area.

The strongest extension results came from Eureka Northwest, where a small open pit is planned on shallow supergene mineralization. Javelin reported that the ore system in this area appears to have changed direction, and previous drilling was incomplete. Holes EKRC036, EKRC037, and EKRC038 returned strong mineralization at the northern end of the planned pit, extending the high-grade zone along strike and at depth.

Drilling also encountered several near-surface lateritic gold zones, with results including: Hole EKRC007 returned 1 meter at 1.0 grams per tonne gold from 1 meter; Hole EKRC008 returned 3 meters at 0.9 grams per tonne from 3 meters; Hole EKRC018 returned 8 meters at 0.9 grams per tonne from 4 meters. South of the historic Eureka pit, the program largely closed off potential continuity extending toward Javelin's tenement boundary. It also brought identified mineralization closer to the surface in the southern part of the planned extraction zone, including Hole EKRC008 returning 4 meters at 1.6 grams per tonne gold from 47 meters.

Regarding deeper targets, Javelin drilled four deep holes at a nominal spacing of 100 meters to test potential down-plunge extensions over approximately 400 meters along strike and more than 400 meters below surface. The southern holes, EKRC009 and EKRC010, reached planned depths and encountered interpreted structures, including quartz veins and polymetallic sulfides, but with low gold grades. Deeper weathering prevented the northern holes, EKRC011 and EKRC012, from being completed via RC drilling; both were retained as RC pre-collars and will be completed with diamond tails targeting the interpreted core of high-grade mineralization.

In the July 2025 Eureka resource, 71% of the ounces are in the indicated category, with the remainder in the inferred category. Fresh rock holds 77,101 ounces of the total 110,687-ounce resource. With water extraction and clearing approvals obtained, Javelin is now focused on completing the MDCP process and finishing the two diamond tails targeting the northern down-plunge extension.
