en.Wedoany.com Reported - Enerland Group has obtained an environmental permit from Colombia's National Environmental Licensing Authority (ANLA) for its DSE Neiva solar park project in the Huila department. The permit was granted under the Optimized Design Solar Environmental Permit (LASolar) mechanism, with a project installed capacity of 24.9 megawatts. The company stated that the permit was approved at a record speed, making this photovoltaic power station the first project in Colombia to receive environmental approval under the LASolar mechanism. The LASolar mechanism aims to accelerate the evaluation process for clean energy projects without compromising environmental, technical, and social standards.

The DSE Neiva solar park is part of a larger plan that also includes the adjacent DSE Neiva Sur solar park. These two projects are considered a single engineering endeavor from both technical and economic perspectives. The company plans to begin construction in the first quarter of 2027. In Colombia, the company has over 220 megawatts peak (MWp) of projects either completed or under construction, and holds a development pipeline of 160 megawatts peak (MWp).
Qualitas Energy has announced the completion of approximately €53 million (PLN 226.3 million) in non-recourse financing for a portfolio of solar photovoltaic projects under construction in Poland, with a total installed capacity of 117 megawatts peak (MWp). Owned by Qualitas Energy, the portfolio includes two photovoltaic assets located in Słoniawy, Masovian Voivodeship, and Końskie, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. This financing will support the construction of the portfolio, with the assets expected to become operational in 2027. The portfolio's revenue benefits from Poland's Contract for Difference (CfD) mechanism, providing long-term visibility and stability for earnings during the financing period. The transaction was arranged by CaixaBank and Bank Millennium, with a financing structure comprising a senior loan, standard ancillary facilities, and interest rate hedging. Overall, Qualitas Energy's solar photovoltaic portfolio in Poland currently exceeds 600 megawatts peak (MWp) in operation or under construction, with a wind power development pipeline exceeding 1.2 gigawatts (GW).
