en.Wedoany.com Reported - After 256 days of renovation and expansion, Bijie Feixiong Airport officially resumed operations. On the first day of reopening, Colorful Guizhou Airlines flight GY7315 landed smoothly, and the Bijie Supply Station of China Aviation Oil Guizhou Branch achieved zero-error refueling support.

During the suspension period, the Bijie Supply Station established a dedicated task force. Based on standardized operating documents, it conducted comprehensive inspections of refueling vehicles, pipeline valves, filters, refueling pumps, and other fueling facilities, and performed specialized tests for static conductivity, interlocking, and diaphragms. Meanwhile, staff replaced aging components and calibrated metering instruments to eliminate safety hazards. Full-process control was implemented for fuel reception, settling, and multi-indicator testing, with oil samples fully retained and a 100% fuel quality pass rate.

To ensure the inaugural flight, the supply station set up a special support team, developed detailed operational and emergency plans, and implemented a 24-hour dual-staff duty system. In line with new safety control standards, the station organized full-staff training on operational procedures such as the six-step refueling method and the three-to-four confirmation process. Additionally, the station conducted multiple emergency drills for fuel leaks, vehicle collisions, and extreme weather, and established coordination channels with the airport, airlines, and fire departments to enable real-time flight status sharing. On the day of resumption, staff conducted comprehensive pre-checks of vehicles and tools. All flights, including the first and subsequent ones, strictly followed standardized refueling procedures, with real-time monitoring of oil pressure and differential pressure, and dual-person verification of documents. On-site dispatchers were assigned to coordinate, deploy backup refueling vehicles as needed, and avoid ground equipment during peak times, ensuring no safety issues or flight delays throughout the process.

This support operation tested the overall capability of the supply station. The Bijie Supply Station plans to normalize equipment maintenance and full-staff practical retraining, dynamically optimize refueling plans based on route network expansion, and continuously deepen multi-party coordination to support the high-quality development of the Bijie regional economy with stable and reliable aviation fuel support.
