According to Wedoany.com News, Arkema recently announced that its production facility for transparent polyamide (Rilsan® Clear) at its Singapore manufacturing base has been fully commissioned. This move significantly enhances its global production capacity in this field and solidifies its leading position in the Asian market.

This commissioning is a crucial step in Arkema's strategy to expand its high-performance polymer production capacity. With an investment of approximately $20 million, the new facility aims to meet the growing demand for sustainable transparent materials across multiple high-growth markets, including eyewear, augmented reality/virtual reality (AR/VR), smart consumer electronics, industrial filtration, medical devices, and home appliances.
