Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group Signs Priority Supply Agreement for 246MW Wind Turbines in Vietnam

According to Wedoany.com News, on January 7th, Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group of China and Vietnam's HAI ANH Company officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement and a priority supply agreement for wind turbines with a total capacity of 246MW in Hanoi, Vietnam. The project includes the Hai Anh Phase I Expansion Project, Hai Anh Phase II Project, and projects in the Central Region.

The previously co-developed Hai Anh Phase I 40MW project is the first full-tariff project under Vietnam's national subsidy policy. All turbines for the site were supplied by Shanghai Electric Wind Power, utilizing the WH5.25N-172 model. With an annual power generation of 120 million kWh, it has alleviated the local power shortage.
