According to Wedoany.com News, on January 7th, Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group of China and Vietnam's HAI ANH Company officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement and a priority supply agreement for wind turbines with a total capacity of 246MW in Hanoi, Vietnam. The project includes the Hai Anh Phase I Expansion Project, Hai Anh Phase II Project, and projects in the Central Region.

The previously co-developed Hai Anh Phase I 40MW project is the first full-tariff project under Vietnam's national subsidy policy. All turbines for the site were supplied by Shanghai Electric Wind Power, utilizing the WH5.25N-172 model.
