Adopting the prefabricated construction method is expected to reduce the overall project timeline by about half compared to traditional methods. The project is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2026.

CIMC Group stated that Cameroon's development in the finance, technology, and trade sectors is driving demand for modern office spaces, while traditional construction methods face challenges in terms of response speed. The company is committed to promoting prefabricated building standards characterized by rapid construction and environmental friendliness.
