This personnel adjustment aims to propel the company's multi-gigawatt battery energy storage platform into a new phase of development. The original founding team will continue to hold key positions: Christian Dornisch as Chief Investment Officer, Tim Rosar as Chief Operations Officer, and Christian Jochemich as Chief Growth Officer.

Dr. Martin Siddiqui previously served as Co-Founder and CEO of Tion Renewables, bringing extensive experience in energy platform expansion. Regarding this appointment, he stated: "This is an extremely attractive development opportunity in the German energy sector." He added: "I am deeply impressed by the scale of the project pipeline and the team's professionalism and drive."

Frank Heiss, Chairman of the company's Supervisory Board, noted: "Our goal in bringing in Dr. Martin Siddiqui is to accelerate the expansion of our existing achievements. Recently, W Power Storage established a strategic partnership with ICG's European Infrastructure team. This collaboration plans to commit up to 500 million euros to support the implementation of the battery energy storage system project pipeline.

With long-term capital support secured and the management team strengthened, W Power Storage is actively preparing for its next phase of development, aiming to become a major independent flexibility solutions provider in Germany.
