Alice Heathcote, CFO of Origis, stated: "This financing reflects the robustness of the Rockhound project portfolio and the recognition by our capital partners of our ability to execute complex, multi-project transactions." It is reported that Natixis CIB and Santander provided a total of $545 million in investment support for the Rockhound project.

The Swift Air Solar project was completed at the end of 2025 and officially entered commercial operation earlier this year. Currently, Origis has a total of 21 solar and energy storage projects in Texas that are either under development or already completed, demonstrating the continuous expansion of its regional business footprint.

Andrew Platt, Head of Energy Structured Finance & Advisory at Santander Bank US, noted: "Santander is pleased to once again partner with Natixis to support Origis, which strengthens our partnership. This transaction highlights our ongoing commitment to the renewable energy sector." Analysis suggests that as these projects gradually come online, Origis's renewable energy supply capacity in Texas will be further enhanced.
