en.Wedoany.com Reported - Foster + Partners has won a resident vote to design a community of eight residential towers in Seoul.

Located in Apgujeong District 4, the scheme will become the latest high-rise project by Foster + Partners on Seoul's skyline. This follows a similar four-tower development by Heatherwick Studio in the same district, while RSHP's massive Parc.1 scheme was completed in 2022.
Foster + Partners is also working on the IOTA Seoul I development, a mixed-use scheme comprising three buildings, including a 34-story tower.
The latest project will form a key part of Apgujeong District 4, one of Seoul's most popular waterfront areas. The master plan includes leisure retail spaces at ground level and a large new public park.
Patrick Campbell, head of studio at Foster + Partners, said the scheme will feature "a series of carefully curated green spaces" and connect to the bustling Dosan-daero boulevard in the nearby Gangnam District.
Residences within the towers will have living spaces with triple-aspect lighting, large terraces, and views of the Han River. The buildings will also feature public health, education, and leisure facilities.
