The company announced that structural work has been completed on the second facility at its Chicago campus, located at 2835 Bilter Road in Aurora.

This data center, named ORD01-2, is fully pre-leased and will provide 72MW of capacity, with operations scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2027.
The single-story facility will utilize a waterless closed-loop cooling system supplied by sister company ThermalWorks. The company states that this system can support up to 120kW per rack for air cooling and 400kW per rack for liquid cooling.

He also noted that the company will continue to invest in the Chicago area, providing infrastructure that supports innovation while reducing environmental impact.
The first 24MW facility at Edged's Chicago campus was commissioned in February 2025. Once fully built out, the entire campus will offer a total of 96MW of capacity across 65 acres.
