Scantum DW stated that these properties will be managed in the future under the "Property Management Enhanced" concept. This is an extended management approach for logistics real estate, aiming to go beyond traditional operational management. The goal is not only to manage the properties operationally but also to think and act like an owner, actively uncovering hidden potential and driving long-term value creation.

With this new mandate, Scantum DW is simultaneously expanding its service scope and launching a new internal business unit.

Vincent Schneider MRICS, Managing Director of Scantum DW GmbH, said: "With 'Property Management Enhanced,' we go beyond traditional operational property management. We always think and act from the owner's perspective, thereby creating measurable added value at the property level. This mandate reinforces our role as an active management partner for complex logistics portfolios."

Scantum DW is an independent investment and asset management company focused on logistics, light industrial, and last-mile real estate. The company was founded in 2022 by Alexander Polsak and Vincent Schneider. In 2023, DW Real Estate acquired a stake in the company, and it was renamed Scantum DW.
