en.Wedoany.com Reported - LBX Company has announced a partnership with U.S. Parts Locator (USP), headquartered in Miami, Florida, USA, to better serve Link-Belt excavator owners in Caribbean countries and regions.

Under the agreement, U.S. Parts will be responsible for supplying replacement parts to customers in the British Virgin Islands (BVI), U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI), Cayman Islands, Turks and Caicos Islands, Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, St. Lucia, Grenada, St. Kitts and Nevis, Montserrat, Bonaire, Curaçao, Jamaica, and Trinidad and Tobago. This initiative aims to ensure that Link-Belt equipment owners in the region benefit from higher parts availability, faster response times, and professional support. Based in Miami, U.S. Parts will serve as the logistics hub for the Caribbean, handling the receipt, consolidation, and rapid shipment of components.
Ellen Costa, Link-Belt's Latin America Sales Operations Manager, stated that choosing U.S. Parts aligns with the company's strategy to strengthen its customer support network. Through this partnership, Link-Belt has expanded its service capabilities in the Caribbean, offering higher parts availability, professional technical support, and faster responses to equipment owners' needs.
Michael Scandreth, Manager of U.S. Parts, emphasized that one of the key advantages of this collaboration is providing customers with a combination of high-quality, Japanese-manufactured equipment and U.S.-based support, parts, and services. Additionally, there is now a company dedicated to supplying parts and services to all Link-Belt machine owners in the Caribbean. As part of the agreement, U.S. Parts will gain access to LBX's e-commerce portal to meet regional demand and maintain inventory of high-turnover parts based on manufacturer recommendations and equipment usage history in the region.
This move helps reduce lead times and improve the availability of the most commonly used parts. Scandreth noted that the company's location in Miami is a significant operational advantage, serving as a natural hub to quickly and efficiently receive parts, consolidate shipments, and complete deliveries, ensuring customers get the support they need when they need it.
