The two sides reached a series of consensuses on deepening the joint construction of the National Artificial Intelligence Application Pilot Base (Metallurgy Direction in the Manufacturing Sector), accelerating the paradigm implementation of "AI-native steel plants," and promoting the formulation of intelligent manufacturing standards for the steel industry. Lin Cunzeng expressed gratitude for the warm reception from CITIC Special Steel. He pointed out that CISRI, as the national team for technological innovation in the metallurgical industry, has achieved a series of breakthrough advancements in fields such as artificial intelligence, green and low-carbon technologies, materials research and development, and metallurgical process optimization. CITIC Special Steel is the world's first "Lighthouse Factory" in the special steel industry, with deep expertise in high-end special steel intelligent manufacturing and remarkable achievements in digital transformation. The two sides have established a solid cooperation foundation through jointly funding the establishment of Steel AI Base (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. and jointly launching the National AI Application Pilot Base (Metallurgy Direction in the Manufacturing Sector). He expressed hope that both sides will further leverage the synergistic advantages of the "national team" and "industry leader" to deepen practical cooperation in areas such as industry large model development, high-quality dataset construction, and special steel product iteration and upgrading, jointly creating a replicable and scalable "AI+Steel" industry benchmark.

The two sides will leverage Steel AI Base (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. as a link to form a joint innovation team, strengthening deep cooperation in dataset construction, scenario application, model development, and platform building.
