The three awarded achievements cover three strategic fields: the construction of national megaprojects, the operation and maintenance of urban lifelines, and underground rail transit. They have achieved technological breakthroughs in addressing key technical challenges related to China's major engineering construction and urban safety development. As a central construction enterprise, CSCEC's core scientific and technological innovation capabilities and industry-leading role have been validated.
The simultaneous acquisition of three National Science and Technology Progress Awards is a landmark achievement of CSCEC in implementing the innovation-driven development strategy and fulfilling the "Four Orientations" requirements, reflecting its technological accumulation in the field of engineering construction.
