This project is a joint venture by China Energy Engineering Group, Gujing Group, and Bozhou New Energy Company, representing a significant achievement from the deep collaboration among the three parties in the field of biomass energy.

The project will construct 2×45 tons/hour biomass grate furnaces along with supporting environmental protection facilities. Using agricultural and forestry waste as fuel, it aims to achieve clean heat supply. Upon completion, the project is expected to effectively utilize biomass resources such as crop straw and forestry residues from surrounding areas. This will help reduce the environmental pressure caused by open-air burning or landfilling of waste while providing stable green thermal energy for the local area, offering significant environmental and social benefits.

At the launch ceremony, Liu Hua, Deputy Party Secretary and Executive General Manager of China Energy Engineering Group's East China Regional Headquarters, and Pan Chengyao, Deputy District Head of Qiaocheng District, Bozhou City, delivered speeches respectively. Liu Hua stated that this project is an important part of China Energy Engineering Group's strategic layout in the comprehensive utilization of biomass. The company will leverage its professional expertise in energy construction and operation to ensure the high-quality advancement of the project. Pan Chengyao pointed out that the project aligns with Bozhou City's green and low-carbon development direction and holds positive significance for promoting regional energy structure optimization and rural revitalization.

Hu Junliang, Deputy General Manager of China Energy Engineering Anhui Electric Power Design Institute, the project's EPC contractor, made a commitment speech, pledging strict control over project quality and safety to ensure timely completion and commissioning. Responsible persons from relevant units, including the Bozhou Municipal Government Office, East China Construction Investment, China Energy Engineering Geothermal Co., Ltd., Gujing Group, and Bozhou New Energy Company, attended the ceremony.
