en.Wedoany.com Reported - The China Academy of Industrial Internet (CAII) held a scientific research achievements report conference in Beijing on June 26, 2026, releasing seven representative outstanding independent research achievements covering multiple cutting-edge and hot areas, including the intelligent economy, green and low-carbon development, industrial 5G, future industries, artificial intelligence, and anti-quantum cryptography. Among them, Gu Weixi, Director of the Intelligentization Research Institute, released the report "Research on Implementation Pathways for AI-Empowered New Industrialization."

The report points out that the scale of China's artificial intelligence industry has exceeded 1.2 trillion yuan, with over 6,000 AI enterprises. It has built 42 WanKa intelligent computing clusters, with an intelligent computing power scale reaching 1590 EFLOPS. More than 116,000 high-quality datasets have been constructed, with a total volume exceeding 960 PB. The supply of open-source models ranks first globally, and patent applications account for approximately 60% of the global total. Over 40 key national standards have been developed, forming a complete industrial system from basic infrastructure and model frameworks to industry applications.

The report innovatively proposes a methodology for the digital and intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry, taking equipment, production lines, workshops, factories, enterprises, and ecosystems as progressive threads. It deeply analyzes key data types in industrial scenarios, dataset construction strategies, computing power deployment plans, and application paradigms for large models and intelligent agents. The report divides industrial scenarios into a "six-level architecture": the equipment level focuses on perception and execution; the production line and workshop levels focus on intelligent control; the factory level focuses on manufacturing management; the enterprise level focuses on operational management; and the ecosystem level focuses on industrial collaboration.

For application scenarios in manufacturing enterprises, the report proposes five steps for digital and intelligent transformation: first, conduct data exploration to identify data generation points across all scenarios; second, build diverse datasets to form high-quality multimodal industrial datasets; third, deploy intelligent computing power to support cloud, edge, and private deployment; fourth, construct AI models, prioritizing model bases with high security and trustworthiness; fifth, leverage industrial intelligent agents for application empowerment, driving enterprises from partial intelligence to full-process intelligence.

The overall scale of China's manufacturing industry has ranked first globally for 16 consecutive years, with the added value of manufacturing accounting for about one-quarter of GDP, and over 6 million manufacturing enterprises. The report provides a systematic action guide for the digital and intelligent implementation of manufacturing enterprises.
