en.Wedoany.com Reported - Argo Infrastructure Partners, an independent US mid-market infrastructure investment management firm, has acquired an operational commercial and industrial (C&I) solar portfolio from NuGen Capital Management. The portfolio includes eight solar power plants, six located in Massachusetts and two in New Jersey.

Following the acquisition, Argo's commercial and industrial (C&I) solar platform has expanded to 196 operational sites with a total installed capacity of approximately 270 megawatts. This investment is Argo's 21st, aligning with its strategy of acquiring long-term infrastructure assets with mature operational performance. Upon completion of the transaction, NuGen will continue to support the long-term performance of the portfolio. Previously, in April 2026, Argo reached an agreement to acquire the transmission and distribution business of UGI Corporation for approximately $470 million.
