The completed projects cover public beaches, parks, community facilities, schools, urban greening, and rural development, among other areas. Beach development accounts for 36% of total investment, while urban beautification, landscaping, and agriculture-related projects account for 22%.

This batch of completed projects includes the Mamzar Beach development project, the Hewi Dubai public space in the Nad Al Sheba community, newly built community parks, community majlis, and school-related facilities. Dubai Municipality has also implemented public facility construction in suburban and rural areas and carried out citywide landscape renovation, greening, and public environment improvement projects.

The Public Facilities Agency of Dubai Municipality is responsible for the planning, design, construction, and subsequent operation and management of the above projects, and also undertakes education, social services, and community infrastructure construction tasks for other government departments. According to the investment allocation ratios published by the Municipality, public beach projects are the largest component of this batch of public facility investment, while urban landscape and greening projects are another major expenditure.

The 2026 public facility construction plan has also generated more than 100 investment opportunities for enterprises, involving supporting operations for public facilities and related commercial services. Dubai Municipality has incorporated these opportunities into the public facility development system and opened them to small and medium-sized enterprises and other investors.
