The project is located in Tuoli County, Tacheng Prefecture, Xinjiang, with a total installed capacity of 500MW. It requires a single unit capacity greater than 8.35MW and not exceeding 10.0MW, allowing mixed configurations with no more than two types of turbines and a total number of turbine positions not exceeding 60. The certification parameters of the bid turbines must meet turbulence intensity Class B, an average annual wind speed of no less than 8m/s at the hub height under standard air density, a design safety class of IEC Class I (with a 50-year return period maximum wind speed of no less than 50m/s under standard air density), an average swept area per kilowatt across the site of no less than 3.80㎡/kW, a rotor diameter not exceeding 222m, and a minimum distance from the blade tip to the ground of no less than 10m. The delivery schedule is as follows: The first batch of 10 sets of anchor bolts, anchor plates, and design documents to be delivered by September 30, 2026; the second batch of 30 sets to be delivered by March 31, 2027; and the remaining to be fully delivered by April 30, 2027. The first batch of 10 sets of wind turbine generators (including 5 sets of hoisting tools) to be delivered by May 31, 2027; the second batch of 20 sets to be delivered by July 31, 2027; and the remaining to be fully delivered by September 31, 2027. Technical documentation to be fully delivered by October 31, 2027. Random tools and spare parts to be fully delivered by November 30, 2027.
